Do my drivers need a new phone?
No. Relocar works on any reasonably recent iPhone or Android phone: in the browser today, and in the Relocar Driver app once it lands in the App Store and Google Play. Drivers sign in with the same email and password they use on the web.
I'm an owner-driver. Is it overkill for one person?
Relocar is built for small firms where the owner is often behind the wheel too. You can book a job in the morning and run it from your phone the same afternoon. Add drivers whenever you take them on.
What happens when there's no signal?
Once Relocar Driver is out in the App Store and Google Play, inspections keep working with no signal: photos, readings and signatures are saved on the phone and upload as soon as there's a connection. In the browser, each step saves as the driver goes, so they'll need some signal.
Does my customer need to download anything?
No. They get a link by email or text. It opens in any browser and shows the vehicle, the driver, the live position and the condition record, in your branding.
Where is our data kept?
Relocar is hosted in the UK, with the database and file storage in London. Inspection records lock once they're completed, so they can be relied on later.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. There's no contract and no setup fee. Your trial needs no card at all.
